You can have any degree disciplines but you must also have demonstrated work experience, participation in extra-curricular activities and demonstrate the energy, commitment and drive necessary to succeed at Booz & Company.

Booz & Company sold its public sector business, Booz Allen Hamilton in 2008. Booz & Company undertake the entirety of its commercial consulting business as well as all consulting operations with government entitites outside the USA. Booz Allen Hamilton on the other hand works only on U.S. government consulting matters. Note that both companies collaborate on certain projects from time to time, however the non-compete agreement is going to end in the latter part of 2011, allowing Booz & Company to return to the U.S. Government market.
